Salt Bloom Kitchen
Salt Bloom Kitchen is Stinson Beach’s cheerful new summer lunch spot, serving fresh local favorites like poke, green juices, salmon po’ boys and B.L.T.s. Created by Stinson native Rachel DiPaolo, the pop-up features ingredients from nearby farms and employs local high school and college students.
With outdoor seating, local artwork and surplus food donated to the Bolinas Community Center, Salt Bloom is all about good food and community. Open Thursday through Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., at 15 Calle Del Mar.
